Processing & Shipping

We'll process your order within 2-5 business days (including weekends) and ship from Singapore to the following locations:

• Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Japan

• Pacific: Australia, New Zealand

• North America: Canada, United States (temporarily suspended due to evolving situation with tariff and removal of de minimis), 

• Selected products for certain countries in EU & UK

Shipping Methods

We offer tracked mailing for both domestic and international orders. Items are secured in our signature pastel bubble mailers. To keep the production cost affordable and for sustainability, we reuse packing materials to some extent.

Orders within Singapore will be sent via Singpost Tracked. 

International orders will be sent via TracXLogis (Qxpress) or Singpost Registered Package.

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after we receive them from the shipping company.

If you have any question regarding shipping, please reply the your order shipped email. We will send it to you as soon as possible. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear, so we appreciate your patience. 

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery to your mailbox:

  • Singapore: 1-3 business days
  • Malaysia: 5-10 business days
  • All other locations: 2-8 weeks

After we hand your package to the postal service, delivery is out of our control. We're not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, but if you have concerns about your order, please reach out to hello.bibiten@gmail.com.

Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We cannot control or predict customs delays.

From 1st July 2021, all orders to the UK and Europe are subjected to VAT. Please contact your respective customs authorities to submit VAT + local handling charges (if applicable) for parcel clearance once it arrives in your country.

A Little Note About Order Limits & Safety

We’re a small team running this shop, carefully packing each order by hand.

If something looks unusual, like a really large order or mismatched shipping and billing info, we might hold the order to double-check. It’s never personal. We just want to be sure it’s a real person behind the purchase and not a bot or a scam attempt, to keep things fair and protect both you and us.

In rare cases, we may cancel or refund an order if we can’t verify the details. We’ll do our best to contact you first if that happens.
